No, GluCoMo requires every user to set up an account the first time they log in.
After registration, you are given 7 days to verify your account after sign-up. After that period, your account will be temporarily suspended (you will not be able to log in) until your account is verified by Email.
Don’t worry; you will not lose any data if you update GluCoMo through iTunes or through the App Store.
No. The data you input to your account is stored on our secure server. If you need to re-install the app, the opening screen will give you the option of restoring your previous data to your device. Under “Existing User”, simply enter your reference email address and password and touch the “Import” button. GluCoMo will then retrieve the data from your most recent sync with our server. Please note; because of possible differences in time zones and server sync schedules, you may lose up to one day of data if you delete the app and reinstall it.
Blood sugar levels are represented by dots connected by lines. Meal intakes, Insulin or Medication activities are represented by icons. Details can be viewed and edited by tapping the dot or the icon. This is only available for the 1 day (1d) view. Note: Only blood sugar level is available in other viewing formats i.e. 1w, 1m, 6m and 1y (1 week, 1 month, 6 months, and 1 year).
Tap the "Share" button in the Graph view to mail a snapshot of the graph to your friends/physicians/healthcare providers/etc. No profile data is included in this transmission except your first name and email address.
Some items can be hidden in your Diary. Make sure you check all boxes or "Show All" in the View setting page if you want to reveal more data (You can find the "View" button to the right of Diary at the top in order to make this adjustment.)
Tap the “Share” icon in the Diary view to mail a log sheet (in .csv format) to your friends/physician. No profile data is included except your first name and email address. You can open .csv files with spreadsheet software such as Excel or OpenOffice.
In "Diary" scroll down the screen to reach the "Show More..." button. Tap it and the older entries you've input into GluCoMo will show. You might need to repeat the steps multiple times to reach your earliest entry. When you are satisfied with the range of your entries, tap the button on the top right-hand corner and choose "Share". Here you can send the generated .csv file that contains your desired entries to your doctor, family, etc.
The following video demonstrates how to include more of your entries in the .csv file:

You should then receive a push notification at the preset time. If your GluCoMo version is 1.0.4 or later, the reminder system is based on your device local clock and no online connection is needed for the alert. You can check your app version by tapping the information "i" button located at the bottom right corner of the main menu.
If you are using GluCoMo version 1.0.3 or older. The time of the Reminder is synchronized with the online server. So it is possible that there is a slight difference between the time on your phone and the online server, please keep this in mind when scheduling reminders. You can check your app version at the information "i" button at the bottom right of the app menu.
No, you may not. Once an Account is set up; the Account Info and Email will be saved on the server and cannot be changed. Please be careful in choosing your Email address during registration. If you would like to use a different email address or user name, then you will need to delete the app and begin the registration process over again—please keep in mind however, that you will lose all previous data when you create a new account as information is not transferable from one account to another.
To "Allow Contact" means you are open to receiving private messages as well as system notifications from the GluCoMo team. Your email address will be displayed to other users on the forum. You may change your "Allow Contact" settings at time by altering your Profile settings.
